Shipping

Kateri the label uses 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly packaging to help do our part for the environment. All orders made before 2pm will be packaged and posted on the same day. All other orders will be sent the following day. Kateri the label will not hold accountability for any lost packages.
$10 for all standard shipping.

$15 for express shipping.

Packages being sent to big cities should be delivered within 3 business days.
Packages being sent to rural areas may take up to 5 business days.
All express shipping should be delivered within 2 business days. 

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address given at the checkout. In the case in which you do not receive your tracking number, please contact studio@katerithelabel.com.

Returns Policy

Kateri the Label appreciates the fact that you may need to return a garment. We are happy to assist you with this if all garments are returned in original condition with no marks within 14 days with all tags still attached as they were. Items sent back not meeting these requirements, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

All returns will be at the expense of the buyer. Please email studio@katerithelabel.com to get a returns slip which must be posted with your return. 

In the event of a faulty garment, Kateri the Label will replace the item if it is in stock, otherwise your garment will be made to order. You must return your faulty garment within 1-2 days from receiving your order. Please make contact via studio@katerithelabel.com as soon as possible.
