Returns Policy

Kateri the Label appreciates the fact that you may need to return a garment. We are happy to assist you with this if all garments are returned in original condition with no marks within 14 days with all tags still attached as they were. Items sent back not meeting these requirements, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

All returns will be at the expense of the buyer. Please email studio@katerithelabel.com to get a returns slip which must be posted with your return. 

In the event of a faulty garment, Kateri the Label will replace the item if it is in stock, otherwise your garment will be made to order. You must return your faulty garment within 1-2 days from receiving your order. Please make contact via studio@katerithelabel.com as soon as possible.
